Acute Inpatient

Cedar Ridge Hospital provides short-term, inpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents and adults. Cedar Ridge can help those individuals that represent a danger to themselves, a danger to others, or are in imminent danger of becoming a threat to the safety of themselves or others.

Treatment programs provide a structured milieu, which fosters a supportive stable environment that promotes self-acceptance, and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. A multidisciplinary treatment team guides treatment, makes recommendations for interventions during treatment and appropriate after care treatment upon discharge. Our primary goal is to provide mental health crisis intervention and stabilization services in a safe, secure setting with the goal being to rapidly and safely transition the senior adult client to a lesser level of care with a return to full functioning in the shortest time possible.
