Dr. Nathan Davis is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is from Norman, Oklahoma and is very engaged in his field. In 2004, Dr. Davis was the junior author of a medical study that looked into the minds and lives of Hurricane Katrina survivors who relocated to Oklahoma after the tragedy.
He received his medical degree from and completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Oklahoma in June 2011. Dr. Davis completed his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma’s Department of Psychiatry. He currently works at Cedar Ridge Psychiatric Hospital, a mental health treatment center for adults and seniors.
His area of expertise is primarily Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and crisis evaluation, stabilization, and intervention. In addition to balancing his work experience and education fellowship, Dr. Davis is a member of several psychiatric organizations including the American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Christopher Snyder is Board Certified in Psychiatry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Snyder is passionate about providing psychiatric and medical care to all ages. He grew up in Edmond, OK and earned a full scholarship in Leadership to the University of Central Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. While at UCO he served in multiple leadership capacities including the President’s Leadership Council, President of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and Chief Justice of the UCO Supreme Court. Dr. Snyder attended Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences where he earned his Medical Degree.
Dr. Snyder completed his Psychiatry Residency training at The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa, OK. During his residency training at OU, he was awarded “Outstanding Senior Resident in Clinical Care” and “Excellence in Teaching”. While at OU College of Medicine, he did additional fellowship training specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry due to his passion for children.
Dr. Snyder engages in a holistic approach to patient care treating the mind, body and spirit. Having earned a 1st degree Black Belt in the martial arts, it as instilled in Dr. Snyder a philosophy of perseverance, dedication, and intrigue in the power of the mind influencing human behavior. Dr. Snyder is a member of the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association and American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Yana Jarman is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and is fluent in Russian and English. This enables her to help break down language barriers that keep patients and families from succeeding in their journeys to healing.
Dr. Jarman received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2003. She was also on the list of “Who’s Who Among American Medical Students” in 2002. Since then, she has worked at a number of facilities, both private and public. She has held numerous leadership positions in her career, including Medical Director of Southern Plains Treatment Center and Medical Director at Red Rock Behavioral Health. Dr. Jarman is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Psychiatric Association.
